At All Day Rentals LLC, we strive to make delivery and pickup of rental equipment convenient and reliable. Please review our policy carefully before placing your booking.

Delivery Area

We deliver within Charlotte County and surrounding areas.
Deliveries outside this area may be available upon request and may include additional fees.

Scheduling

Deliveries and pickups are made during our standard business hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Delivery and pickup times are confirmed after your booking is placed.
A responsible adult (18 or older) must be present at the delivery and pickup location.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery address and contact information at booking.
Ensure safe, clear access for delivery trucks and equipment.
Notify us in advance of any restricted access areas (gated communities, narrow driveways, dog or pets etc.).
Be available at the agreed delivery and pickup times.

Fees

Delivery and pickup fees may apply depending on distance and equipment type.
Missed delivery or pickup appointments may result in additional charges.
Extra charges may apply for difficult or unsafe access conditions.
