Welcome to All Day Rentals LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website alldayrentalsfl.com and our rental services. By booking or using our equipment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rental Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.

  • A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID may be required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All rentals must be booked through our website or directly with us.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: Vary, ask when booking.

  • Deposits may be required for certain equipment.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup will be made to the address you provide at booking.

  • You must be present (or have an authorized person present) at the time of delivery/pickup.

  • Additional fees may apply for missed deliveries or pickups.

4. Equipment Use & Responsibilities

  • Equipment must be used safely, responsibly, and only for its intended purpose.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions and legal regulations.

  • You may not sublease, transfer, or loan rented equipment to others without written consent.

  • Equipment must be operated by qualified and responsible persons only. Some equipment may require prior experience.

  • You are responsible for keeping equipment safe, secure, and protected from weather, theft, and vandalism during your rental period.

5. Fuel, Cleaning, & Maintenance

  • Fuel: Equipment requiring fuel must be returned with the same level of fuel provided (a full tank). Refueling charges will apply if equipment is returned low.

  • Cleaning: Equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, mud, or debris may result in a cleaning fee.

  • Maintenance: Do not attempt to repair or modify equipment. Report any issues immediately.

6. Damage, Loss, & Liability

  • You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered until it is returned.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft will result in repair or replacement charges.

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.

  • You assume all risks related to the use of equipment.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Day Rentals LLC from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our equipment.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

  • No refunds will be given once equipment is delivered, except at our discretion.

8. Late Returns

  • Equipment must be returned at the agreed time.

  • Late returns will incur additional rental fees.

  • If equipment is not returned, it may be considered theft and reported to authorities.

9. Damage Waiver 

  • Customers may choose to purchase a damage waiver, if offered, which reduces their responsibility for certain accidental damage.

  • The waiver does not cover: misuse, neglect, lost or stolen equipment, or failure to follow safety/operating instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of rented equipment.

  • Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
