Policy

At All Day Rentals LLC, we prepare, schedule, and allocate equipment for each booking. Because of this, we maintain a strict refund policy. Please review carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations & Refunds

48+ Hours Before Delivery: Full refund of rental fee (minus any processing fees).

24–48 Hours Before Delivery: 50% refund of rental fee.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Delivery: No refund.

After Delivery: No refunds will be issued once equipment has been delivered, regardless of use.
Early Returns

Returning equipment early does not qualify for a partial refund. Rental fees are charged for the entire booking period.
Missed Delivery or Pickup

If no one is present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window, no refund will be given. Additional delivery attempts may result in extra charges.
Equipment Issues

If equipment is found to be defective upon delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to replace it with a similar item.

Refunds will only be issued if we cannot provide a replacement.

Refunds will not be issued for misuse, operator error, or failure to follow instructions.
Non-Refundable Fees

Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before delivery.
Weather Conditions

Rentals continue as scheduled regardless of weather, unless extreme conditions make delivery unsafe.

Weather-related cancellations must follow the same timelines above for refund eligibility.
Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
