Refund

At All Day Rentals LLC, we prepare, schedule, and allocate equipment for each booking. Because of this, we maintain a strict refund policy. Please review carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48+ Hours Before Delivery: Full refund of rental fee (minus any processing fees).

  • 24–48 Hours Before Delivery: 50% refund of rental fee.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Before Delivery: No refund.

  • After Delivery: No refunds will be issued once equipment has been delivered, regardless of use.

Early Returns

  • Returning equipment early does not qualify for a partial refund. Rental fees are charged for the entire booking period.

Missed Delivery or Pickup

  • If no one is present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window, no refund will be given. Additional delivery attempts may result in extra charges.

Equipment Issues

  • If equipment is found to be defective upon delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to replace it with a similar item.

  • Refunds will only be issued if we cannot provide a replacement.

  • Refunds will not be issued for misuse, operator error, or failure to follow instructions.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before delivery.

Weather Conditions

  • Rentals continue as scheduled regardless of weather, unless extreme conditions make delivery unsafe.

  • Weather-related cancellations must follow the same timelines above for refund eligibility.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
